Welcome to Tesoro. By downloading, accessing, or using the Tesoro mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the App

Tesoro is a treasure hunt platform that allows users to discover, post, and collect free items left out in public spaces. The App also includes gamified features, optional premium subscriptions, and a rewards system powered by the $ORO token on the Solana blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tesoro. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Tesoro, you agree to:

Only post items that are genuinely free and legally available for public pickup
Provide accurate item descriptions, photos, and locations
Respect local laws, private property, and community guidelines
Act responsibly and safely when collecting items
Avoid misleading, fraudulent, or abusive behavior

Tesoro is not responsible for disputes between users, item condition, or item availability.

4. Item Listings and Collection

Tesoro does not own, store, verify, or guarantee any items listed on the App.

Items are provided by users or observed in public spaces
Availability is not guaranteed
Items may be removed, collected, or unavailable at any time
Tesoro does not guarantee successful collection of any item

Users assume all risk when interacting with listed items.

5. Premium Subscription

Tesoro offers an optional Premium subscription for a monthly fee.

Premium features may include:

Categorized and keyword-based searches
Instant notifications for selected item types
Temporary item removal from the public map for a limited time to provide a collection advantage
Enhanced rewards or boosts within the App

Subscription pricing, features, and availability may change at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store settings.

6. $ORO Token and Rewards

Tesoro includes a rewards system using the $ORO token.

By using $ORO, you acknowledge that:

$ORO is a digital token on the Solana blockchain
Token value may fluctuate and is not guaranteed
Earning, holding, or converting $ORO involves financial risk
Tesoro does not guarantee profits, appreciation, or liquidity

Users may earn $ORO through actions such as posting items, referrals, subscriptions, or other in-app activities. Reward structures may change at any time.

Tesoro is not responsible for third-party wallets, exchanges, or blockchain failures.

7. Referrals and Incentives

Tesoro may offer referral rewards for inviting new users.

Rewards may depend on subscription status or activity milestones
Fraudulent referrals or abuse of the system may result in loss of rewards or account suspension
Tesoro reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral programs at any time

8. Safety Disclaimer

Users are responsible for their own safety.

Tesoro does not guarantee that item locations are safe, accessible, or legal to enter. Users should exercise caution and good judgment at all times.

Tesoro is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages related to item collection or App use.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Post illegal, dangerous, or misleading content
Use the App for harassment, scams, or exploitation
Attempt to manipulate rewards, tokens, or subscriptions
Reverse engineer or abuse the platform

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account removal.

10. Account Termination

Tesoro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, logos, content, and software associated with Tesoro are the property of Tesoro or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use, including loss of items, rewards, or tokens.
